Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • In-stock items typically ship within 10–20 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-orders or backordered items will ship within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. In rare cases, production delays may extend this window.

Note: All orders undergo quality checks before shipping to ensure your item arrives in reliable working condition. This process may slightly extend handling time.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimates

  • Standard shipping times vary by region, but typically take 10–20 business days once shipped.

  • DHL Express is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Express courier services such as DHL or UPS may charge additional import duties, customs, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These are billed directly by the courier and are not included in your shipping payment at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only. FrodoBots is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Courier delays or service disruptions

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unverified addresses

  • Local holidays, weather conditions, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, wars, etc.)

3. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are fully responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information at checkout, including name, address, contact number, and postal code.

    Orders are processed based on the information provided during checkout.
    If the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or results in failed delivery:

    • The customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs, or

    • A refund may be issued (excluding original shipping fees and any associated handling charges).

    Once an order has shipped, address changes or rerouting are not possible.
    By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and final.

4. International Shipping & Customs

All duties, import taxes, tariffs, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping rates.

Some destinations require additional documentation such as an ID number, tax ID, or import permit. Providing incorrect or incomplete details may cause customs delays or rejection of the shipment.

Important: Customs procedures, inspections, and clearance timelines are managed by the local authorities and are outside FrodoBots’ control.

If a shipment is delayed, refused, or returned due to customs or import issues, the following terms apply:

  • The customer must pay any customs, import, or clearance fees required for release.

  • If the customer refuses to pay duties, provides false or incomplete information, or declines to accept delivery, the parcel may be returned to FrodoBots by the courier (if local regulations allow).

  • Refunds will only be processed once the parcel has safely returned to FrodoBots’ facility and passed inspection.

  • Any costs incurred by FrodoBots for the return—such as return shipping, customs clearance, storage fees, or penalties charged by the courier—will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • If the parcel is abandoned, seized, or destroyed by customs and does not return to FrodoBots, no refund will be issued.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

  • If a package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend:

    1. Checking around your property and with neighbors.

    2. Waiting 24–48 hours, as couriers sometimes mark packages early.

    3. Contacting DHL directly with your tracking number.

    4. If still unresolved, contact our support team.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified before shipping.
    Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
    Please refer to our Return Policy for post-delivery returns. 

7. Returns of Unopened Items

  • Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Special Shipping Conditions

  • Orders containing restricted components may require separate shipments or longer processing times.

  • Deliveries to remote or island regions may take an additional 5–10 business days.

  • Couriers may not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

  • FrodoBots is not liable for losses arising from courier service limitations, import restrictions, or regional transport delays.

9. Liability Disclaimer

FrodoBots shall not be held liable for delays, non-delivery, or loss of goods resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer; refusal to pay customs or duties; customer unavailability; courier errors; or acts of nature and government.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier. Any claims for damage or loss after shipment must be filed directly with the courier.

10. Policy Updates

FrodoBots reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
